AI workflow

AI that prepares the next step—not a surprise.

Planned assistance for signage workflows, bounded by permissions, visible results and human approval.

In brief

How should AI automation work in a sign company?

It should use authorised job context to prepare a useful draft or recommendation, show its reasoning and source state where relevant, and wait for the right person to approve consequential actions. Spectra demonstrates that interaction pattern; live AI is not yet claimed.

01

The boundary

Draft, flag and recommend. Do not silently act.

Spectra’s AI and voice ideas are planned concepts. The sample workspace shows what a request could produce for review; it does not execute a live model, send an invoice or change a production system.

  • An authorised person reviews consequential actions
  • The proposed result is visible before confirmation
  • Low-confidence or unsupported requests stop safely
  • Audit evidence belongs with the application action
02

Worked concept

Show the input, output and human stop.

Fictional prompt: ‘Prepare a follow-up for VX-208; rear doors were unavailable.’ A planned assistant could draft a follow-up from the job record and flag the outstanding scope. A coordinator must review it; no message is sent and no job state changes in the local sample.

Data and failure

Stop when context, permission or confidence is missing.

A useful assistant needs permission-scoped context, retention controls, provider contracts, evaluations and monitoring. Those SaaS controls are not active here; missing information, unsafe requests or uncertain output should route to human review.
