How can a signage franchise network share data safely?
Each business should retain its own tenant boundary. Network visibility should be granted only for agreed fields, a defined purpose and named audiences—not through broad default access to local jobs, contacts or documents.
Independent tenancy
Local work stays in the local business workspace.
Spectra’s intended tenant model keeps a franchisee’s jobs, contacts, documents and users inside that franchisee workspace. A franchisor is not intended to receive a general view by default.
Worked rollout
Separate master standards from local responsibility.
Fictional MSR-031 contains a central fascia template V02 and three location records. The central owner may approve visual treatment; each local owner still records survey facts, access, exceptions and completion. This is an operating pattern, not a live tenancy or franchise feature.

Current state
The model is documented, not yet a live network claim.
Production tenant enforcement, field-level grants and network reporting are planned. A shared template or sample record is not evidence that a customer, franchise or affiliate uses Spectra.
