The practical answer
A job sheet reduces reconstruction by identifying the current instruction and unresolved items. It is an operational aid, not a manufacturing specification, quality certificate or safe-working instruction.
Record
Include the fields the next operator needs.
Use a job and site reference, current approved version, quantities, materials, operations, owners, dependencies, due date, checks and handover result. Point to controlled files rather than pasting uncontrolled copies.

Worked sample
Release a fictional fascia only after its hold is resolved.
Synthetic sample: NQC-014 lists V03, one illuminated fascia, component reference COMP-14, workshop owner and install handover owner. The access slot is a hold; the sheet moves to make only when its resolution is recorded.
